Nick Korolev

Nick Korolev is a professional cash game player and one of the most experienced Hand2Note specialists in the industry.

He has been playing professionally since 2016 and joined the Hand2Note team in 2018. For three years, he worked in customer support, helping players solve technical issues and properly set up their HUDs. This gave him a deep understanding of how people actually use the software — and where they struggle.

Nick is the author of the official Hand2Note 3 user manual. Between 2020 and 2022, he also provided one-on-one consultations to regular players, helping them get the most out of Hand2Note both during play and in post-session analysis. Based on this experience, he created a complete Hand2Note 3 course and later released a new full course for Hand2Note 4 in 2025.

From 2021 to 2024, Nick worked as Sales Director at Hand2Note, collaborating with poker schools and partners while staying in close contact with both developers and active users.

In 2019, Nick launched Hand2Note Guide to create a more practical and accessible resource beyond the official documentation. The site later expanded to cover other high-quality poker software and tools. In the same year, he founded FreeBetRange — a widely used preflop training tool that has become one of the industry standards for preflop study.

Since 2022, Nick has been leading HUD Store, the official marketplace for Hand2Note HUDs.

Nick combines real professional playing experience with deep technical knowledge of poker software and years of hands-on work with players.
