Displaying HUD on Hero

Hand2Note allows you to display, in addition to HUD windows for each opponent, an additional HUD window for the hero. It will reflect the statistics of your play.

This feature shows how your statistics might appear in the eyes of opponents. This, in turn, will help avoid exploitation from their side.

Exploitation is a play focused on the weaknesses in the opponent’s game.

Creating a Hero HUD in Hand2Note

To display the HUD on the hero, you need to:

  • Copy the required HUD panel in the “HUD Editor” for display on the hero;
  • Set the copied HUD panel parameters to display only on the hero;
  • Clean and rebuild the database statistics.

First, open the HUD editor by clicking on “HUD Editor”(1).

Next, right-click (RMB) on the edge of the HUD panel (2) and select “Copy”(3) from the dropdown list. Right-click (RMB) in any free area of the HUD editor (4) and select “Paste”(5) from the dropdown list. This is how we copied the required HUD panel.

Then, click on the edge of the copied HUD panel (1) and activate the “Show only on hero” toggle in the menu on the right (2). Now we have enabled display only on the hero in the copied HUD panel.

Next, you need to clean and rebuild the database statistics. To do this, find the “Database” menu (1) in the top row of the program window and click on it. Select “Clean & Rebuild Statistics” (2) from the dropdown list and click “APPLY” (3) in the “Build Statistics” window. Wait for the statistics recalculation to complete.

After the calculation is complete, you can notice the hero’s HUD window at the tables and in the replayer.
